Maile and Aubrey started using text communication with their dōTERRA teams in 2020 when things had really shifted for most leaders. People really weren’t attending live classes or events and they really needed a way to connect with customers in a more meaningful way. ‍

Connecting with their teams via texting began to make a huge impact! It was a genuine way to support, educate, share, and mentor directly with each person on their teams but in a very efficient way!

When we originally came together, it was simply to collaborate on a project for our personal teams, however when we saw the impact it was making, we knew we had to share this idea with ALL wellness advocates.

It has become a passion for the ECC team to help other leaders to find the same success and results by using the strategic content ECC creates each month.
